Registration Refunds
Under what circumstances is a registration fee refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable? Is there a deadline before which a team can withdraw for a full or partial refund?
Weather & Rainout
If a tournament is shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled due to weather or field conditions, what happens to a team's registration fee - refund, credit toward a future event, or neither? How many games/innings count as the tournament having been "played"?
Prospect Network-Initiated Cancellation
If Prospect Network cancels an event entirely (not weather-related), what is owed to already-registered teams?
